How long do I have to complete the course?

The course is comprised of 5 modules. There are 31 videos and concludes with a 16-week, sub 2.30 marathon training schedule. You will know exactly what needs to be done each day during your 4-month training cycle leading into your sub 2.30 marathon attempt.
